Ma's Cache (Franklin) Traditional Cache
Curglaff: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

A small playground at Drury Domain
Cache named after the 2nd visit of our 84 year old mother from the Netherlands in Dec.2010. After she found 39 caches she did want to hide her own cache before leaving New Zealand again. That is what she did. This is her cache hide
A good reason to visit a nice little town. Let your kids play & in the meantime you can enjoy a cache hunt.
Just 3 meters away from GPS-coordinates.
This town has a history that goes back to the early 1800s when it was the centre of three Maori Pas in the area, one at Red Hill, one at Maketu near Ramarama, and the other at Pukekohe East
Drury got its name in 1855, from Commander Byron Drury, who surveyed the Manukau Harbour and found the arm of the harbour that leads up to Slippery Creek at Drury.
The cache is a smal plastic box. Please ensure you replace the cache exactly where you found it, tucked away in the same way so nobody can see it. Or hide even better
Watch out for mugglers from every angle.
We would love pictures from (grand)mothers with a cache
This is our second cache, and because of this special occasion of our mother's second visit, we like 'the first to find' to go to a finder with a max of 2 ftf (not a collector of ftf). Make it special for that cacher too.
Cache contains: logbook, pencil, and mother's special christmas stocking TB
