Geocache Description:

Hekinan polder is located in the southern part of Hekinan City along Yahagi River and was completed in 1956. The polder also received damage by the Ise bay typhoon's in 1959, and made protection of the strong banks in 1963. There is Old mouth of Yahagi river around there. And making the Kinuura seaside industrial zone thereafter. Please have a good time.
