Long Man: As the owner has not responded to my previous log requesting that they check this cache, I'm archiving it.

The last leg of your walk and it is mainly uphill for this stretch.
A small silver pot that contains a log book only.
Stealth will be needed as you might be seen from the houses that overlook the fields! Let's hope they are in their front rooms whilst the cachers are about!
Due to popular demand we have created a 'loop' of caches, incorporating a few of our already placed and visited caches in the area. The caches are of mixed sizes ranging from small nanos to large tubs. Most are camouflaged and some are rather easy to find but others you may refer to as "blighters".
The walk for the full series is just under 3 miles and covers footpaths and some country lane walking. Suggested parking is in the layby near to Cache No 1 (330 yards). Please note, at the time of placing the caches, between numbers 6 and 7 there are lots of shrubs and trees that have buckled under the weight of the snow - they are not impossible to get through or get around - just take care.
We hope you enjoy the walk and the finds.
