This cache is to bring you to a place to view the constuction of a new water tower for Northbrook. My intentions are for you to spend more time looking at the tower than looking for this cache.
This new water tower is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2011. The project, which is estimated to cost about $2.5 million, will hold 1 million gallons of water. Once built, the tower will be filled gradually, and eventually, about 2,800 residents will see increased water pressure in their homes.
The downtown tower will then be emptied, but its fate is still unclear. The village will have to pay for it to be dismantled, and the village still has some contracts with telecommunications companies that use the water tower.

7/21/15 Update: Due to maintenance and newer guidelines, I changed the host, but not the coordinates.
