Welcome to Cañada College. This junior college sits atop a hill,
overlooking thousands of trees. Take in the view while you hunt for
this large cache that is placed on the perimeter of campus, away
from the hustle and bustle of students.
Sometimes, signing one's name in the logbook isn't enough to mark
the discovery of a cache. Whenever possible, many of us also leave
behind unique, signature items, which are equatable to a
geocacher's calling card. Sadly, the association between a
geocacher and their signature items is lacking.
Let me provide some examples of my curiosity:
I've seen several of these penguin corks around but who keeps
leaving them? Which cacher is dropping those miniature rubber
chickens? Is this a tiny mushroom...who left it? At least "Brian
Weeks" labels his sig item frogs but we can't all be so meticulous
From this day forward, this cache will become a repository and hold
record for all signature items! I've placed a cache within the
cache into which all sig items may be dropped. Additionally, please
submit a photo of your sig item (only after it has been added to
this cache) so we may also keep a visual log. Let's work together
to amass the most signature items in once cache!
Parking on campus is enforced during weekdays but not checked on
the weekends. Daily passes may be purchased for $2 via on-site
dispensers. Parking off campus and walking/riding on is also an
option. This is factored into the cache rating. More info

NOTE: Please do not take any of the sig items while swapping
trade items. They are clearly marked in a separate container. Treat
it as a time capsule!
