Your hunt starts at a local plaza; and must be done with a WheriGo enabled device at night.
Your only guide is the WheriGo directional arrow; and you must find a small retroreflective enabled 'Smiley' face, somewhere in the surrounding neighbourhood.
NOTE: The Final is NOT in the Solar Lights or Panel !! Nothing needs to be disassembled.

This WheriGo is designed to be a 'Pure Drive-by' Night Cache (Not Before 9:00PM).
Cachers can obtain the Game Cartridge UNLOCK code to successfully log it on WheriGo.com, while near the Smiley. In fact this code can be secured without leaving your vehicle.
For those, who are not intimidated by private property; there is a log in the nano behind the Smiley. The Owner has granted permission to approach the hiding spot.
Please respect 'hands free device' laws and use a mounted GPS, or a navigator friend. There is no need to shine lights at any houses; because the cache is very close to the sidewalk. However, it may be obscured by roadside parked vehicles.
