It is difficult to imagine Dojima Yakushido from the appearance, but it is the noble temple where there is the history more than 1400 years.
The old days, this Yakushido(temple dedicated to the Physician of Souls) were built in the sandbar, and, concerning the sandbar of the temple, this neighborhood came to be called "Dojima".
Please visit the new temple dedicated to the Physician of Souls where there is this history.
