Formerly Junk Bay, Tseung Kwan O is a satellite town newly built in 1990s.
Most of the town is built on a reclamation land. Long stretches of the natural shorelines of Junk Bay have already been lost to reclamations.
The cache is hidden in the only remained shoreline in eastern Junk Bay. Residents living in the sadness concrete lands come here for leisure walk and fishing.
Please beware of the muggles and take extra care of your personal safety. Don't put yourself into danger.
