Geocache Description:

When you get to the parking lot you will understand the name. Its not very far down the main trail on the ocean side.
The GPS's seem to have a problem here. Mine says I have arrived but shows about 40 more feet to go. So I will give better directions. When you get to the parking lot go to the metal gate across the access road. Standing at the gate you will see a white post sticking up about 4' on the ocean side of the access road. It is quite close to this pipe.

There is a wonderfull 3 mile boardwalk that you should take while here.
There is also a 6 mile hike down Fern Canyon that ends at Van Dam beach. Its all down hill and just beatifull. If you take this hike I suggest using two vehicles. Park one at Van Damm beach and the other at this parking lot.
