Left Behind by the Ducks (Happy New Year 1/1/11) Traditional Cache

RichardtheBowman: Thanks to all who visited. This one has never been the same since it was muggled after only 13 finds or so. Never got around the the replacement, but it used to be a rock underwater with a piece of fake goose poo on the top. The goose poo was on a smaller rock that unscrewed and revealed the cache. Anyway, decided to archive a few hides that I don't want anymore before I go off to school. The area is all yours Peeka Boo. [:)]

Geocache Description:

A micro cache hidden near a pond in a small park in Auburn.

This cache is dedicated to my favorite college football team the Oregon Ducks. They went 12-0 this year and are playing for the National Championship against the Auburn Tigers. Many teams who played the Ducks found themselves left behind in a hurry as the Ducks offence ran up the score.

P.S. 1/26/11-I just changed the name because I found out about a PAC-10 challenge by TRAK(d) down in Orangevale.

This day also marks 2010 being left behind and 2011 taking over.

I have been wanting to hide a cache for quite a while, have had this design for over a month and this idea for over a year. A huge thanks to geodad7 for altering my origional design to be much more sturdy and for all the work he did on the cache. $2 dollar bill for the FTF.

No need to get your feet wet. Please leave the cache in place and just unscrew the top. Please also be careful screwing the cache back together. Please do not give ANY hints away in your log. This is not the best cache to do at night. Thank you.
