This is on your way to Secret creek by surchnexplor12. We found Shaggy in the gravel pit down the road a bit. Someone had been using him for target practice. As we were looking for a cache hiding spot at the time, we decided that he had to have something to do with the cache.
UPDATE: I changed out the container. It is now the size a small should be. Also put some trade items into it.
