Little Rock Overlooked Traditional Cache

A small cache container hidden on a public right of way in a fairly residential area with a wonderful view.
In honor of my oldest geo-son's birthday, we placed this as our first ammo can regular cache. Unfortunately it has since been muggled so we replaced with a slightly smaller container that could be better concealed. We've been eyeing this place for quite some time and finally got our cache ready to go. As far as parking goes, simply pull to the side of the road under the power lines. If you look to the left (assuming you just came up Emerald Mtn) you will see another cache site (Pool Party) at the foot of the hill. A little further up the next hill and along the sidewalk is yet another cache (Where the Sidewalk Ends...and then Some). And just up the road and around the bend is Up On Emerald Mountain. But you are here to find the one that is located to your right. Simply walk along the power line right of way and if it is clear, you will be treated to a wonderful view of downtown Little Rock...nearly 20 miles away. The cache is located just a little ways down the hill. Use caution as the ground is rocky and footing will be a little tricky. Hopefully the power lines won't mess with your GPSr too much. You may also need to use some stealth as muggles may be about depending on when you make your search. If you are unable to find the cache, please don't hesitate to post a DNF so we can come confirm it is still there. Enjoy the view!
