This cache is located near a small waterfall. Park at the Olson Park Parking lot off of Flaugherty Run Rd and follow the stream until you get to the cache. There will be very little elevation changes during your hike, which will be just under a mile. A good pair of boots will speed up your hike quite a bit. You will have to hop over a small stream or two, it shouldn't slow you down. Cache contains a trophy for the First to Find.
This geocache is located in Moon's newest park. The township just recently finished up it's latest rounds of improvements which included a new bathroom and a wood chip trail. After initially acquiring the land, the township used the former residence on this property for fire department training.
Since I've initially heard about the township acquiring the land with plans to turn it into the park, I began hiking and exploring it, making notes for numerous possible geocache locations. It's glad to say that it looks like the park is finally ready enough for new geocaches.
If the park's main entrance becomes inaccessible due to construction, an alternate entrance to this area maybe be found to the west from within the Whispering Wood's Baseball field. There is a starting just north of the field. It's less scenic and will have more elevation change.
