We were out exploring a new area of the park for us today and
decided to place a couple of caches in some interesting places.
Most of the area to the east of here was damp and full of scrub
brush and grass mostly. As we approached the location for this
cache, we entered a cool clearing with some larger trees. The
underbrush was gone and it was very pleasant clearing out here that
we were not expecting.
This area will get very wet with some rain. The terrain itself
is not too bad, lots of high grass and some thorns, but not nearly
like the thorns in other areas of the park. You most likely will
run into pigs, deer, snakes and other critters out here so be
prepared and have fun!
