Captain Crook Traditional Cache
American Dream: as bad as i hate to i must archive this cache, this cache was a favorite of 56 people which i think stands for itself as a great cache, i'm sure it put a smile on a lot of faces but the muggles in the nearby neighborhood has totally destroyed it this time to where it can no longer stand up to being a great cache. Rest In Peace Captain Crook!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What better way to start 2011 than with a new cache? Back in the 1700s' pirates were running wild in South Florida and the Carribean. One particular pirate from Key West Florida made his way into St. Andrews Pass and pilford and robbed the locals. The famous Capt. Hook, as many folks have heard of, made his way out of St. Andrews and set sail for Destin. As his ship sailed toward the West end of Panama City Beach, one of the captains men decided to steal his treasures of emeralds, gold, silver and pearls and jump ship and swim to shore. Captain Hook caught him and ordered him shackled and walk the plank. Capt. Hook dubbed the thief, Capt. Crook! Capt. Hook took his sword and cut off his legs and threw him overboard. Some men on the ship that was faithful jumped ship and carried his torso, which is all they could find inland and put him to rest. One word of cautiion, if you are looking for this cache at night, which is a good night time cache, keep an eye out. It has been said that on a full moon Capt. Crooks legs have been seen wandering around looking for the rest of him. Please return cache as you found it. Have fun with this one. Don't know how long it will last, will see.
