This cache borrows a common geocode to draw attention to the only two items you need. You won't find another you might normally expect.
Since there's not much here, the task shouldn't really be that hard. But, unless you're just very observant, you might have to challenge an initial assumption (So what's new among my caches?).
There's no need to enter private property. You don't need to look around the road equipment (which I assume will be removed some day, though it's been there for years now). The terrain level is accurate, so don't depart from that. And there's not many places to look. As usual, just use your head--and whatever else you need.
