I was trying to squeeze another cache in this area, and stumbled onto this interesting spot.
There are signs that describe this spot as a place to pick up sandbags. Let's hope we don't need them soon!
There are two ways to access this spot - via the levee gravel road via bicycle (long ride), or via the parking waypoint nearby. There are gates to keep you from driving your car up to the levee, but you should be able to park nearby and make the short walk to the cache location.
Please be extremely careful in this area - not suggested for little ones. Take the convenient stairs to the cache.
