This cache has been archived.

caroii77: Time for Casper to say goodbye, good luck to the 19 eggs that were reared in captivity and slowly released by fellow cachers into the wild. I look forward to finding them all [:)]

How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Casper is a giant canary who lays micro-caches. If you are lucky enough to find Casper's nest, you will be able to take one of the caches she has laid, camouflage it and place it somewhere for others to find.

Each "cache-egg" contains a pencil, log paper and a caching explanation sheet, ready to be set into the wild

But beware, you'll need to sneak up on the nest when Casper is out, or you won't be able to take one of her precious caches to hatch yourself.

To stop your "cache-baby" trying to find its way home to Casper once released, you'll need to acknowledge Casper's cache nest page GC2M000 in your new listing.

As long as no one scares Casper away, and her nest is recovered so she doesn't know you've visited, she should keep laying micro-caches for some time

Note: placing a micro cache is optional, you do not have to do this to be able to log this cache. If you do take a micro cache there is no time limit for placing it and it doesn't have to be placed locally
