This cache is now a small container. It had been muggled a few weeks ago but is up and running again. This cache needs human contact and sunlight to maintain its happy face collection and right now it does not have either.
In exchange for some sun light this cache will be more than happy to give you a bright new smiley for your collection and then it will return to the depths from whence it came to await the next searcher.
