Geocache Description:

A walk of approximately 1 mile along the public footpath by the river bank. A stile to cross at the beginning, but then a flat walk with an incline at the cache site.

The River Welland is a river in the east of England, some 65 miles (105 km) long. It rises in the Hothorpe Hills, at Sibbertoft in Northamptonshire, then flows generally northeast to Market Harborough, Stamford and Spalding, to reach The Wash near Fosdyke.

This cache is a short walk along the footpath as the river enters Spalding consisting of four clues and then a small box.

Due to the 2 of the clues being dependant upon the numbers on the buoys which have worn away, the hint has been increased to help, until new clues are added.

You will need a pen and paper to write down the clues which form the coordinates of the final cache.

When placed it contained a Geocoin, a racing robin, a childrens necklace + logbook & pencil.
