Geocache Description:

Traditional cache at a roadside monument to the Oxford County Council Rural Water Supply

As you can read on the plaque, this rock commemorates the opening of the scheme in 1977 to supply 17,000 hectares with piped water showing how the farming community can work together to get things done.

Now this cache commemorates the rock that has the plaque that commemorates the scheme :)

500ml camo Sistema.
