The cache is located along Second Street in SE Yuba City near a little league park. You can drive right to it. I don't recommend searching for it on a Saturday in the Spring of the year.
Many years ago I did volunteer work for the local little league. I remember arriving at the park one Sunday morning to mow the grass. Upon arrival I noticed that the snack bar had been broken into. When I called the police, the dispatcher said "that location is not in my jurisdiction." Actually, she was very nice and quickly connected me with the Sheriff's Office who then sent out a patrol car. I imagine there are many jurisdictional boundaries in this complicated world we live in...
