A Lock and Lock container in wooded area at a local park. The cache
is about 50' from the parking area.
Though there are gates at the entrance there are no posted
open/closed signs. I would suggest, however, day time caching only
as the park is surrounded by residences.
There is a small ditch/depression that needs to be crossed. It may
be swampy in wet weather. Coords may be less than perfect due to
the tree canopy. The hints should help if the coords fail.
The word "herpetology" is from Greek words that mean "creeping
animal." It is the study of reptiles and amphibians. People with an
avid interest in herpetology and who keep different reptiles or
amphibians often refer to themselves as "herpers".
