Cicada Mystery Cache

This cache is a tribute to the all those loud Cicada bugs heard in the area and is a simple puzzle based on the two bus routes I have frequently used.
The GPS Coordinates given are close to the mark but not exactly on the mark. You are looking for a 1 litre sistema container that has been painted green. Watch out for the surprise on the inside of the lid.
To find the cache you will need to visit Ferntree Gully Road and look at the local bus route numbers. There are 2 buses.
A = Route Number of Ventura Bus to Eastland
B = Route Number of Invicta Bus to Belgrave
C = A - B.
Add C to the decimal of both the S and E coordinates above to give you the cache location, ie:
S = 37 ° 54.(040 + C)
E = 145 ° 08.(997 + C)
Note: You will end up with a number larger than 1000 for (997 + C) so for example, 08.997 + 300 would become 09.297...
