This puzzle is a direct copy of lesdubois' puzzle "sheet bend." (GC24K9v) He is perhaps the most creative puzzle maker in Utah. If you enjoy solving puzzles check his out, even if you never make it out west to find. He has granted permission to copy his ideas.
It should go without saying, do not search for the cache at the posted coords. You may spend the night in the clink if you do.
Obtain six sheets of paper, each at least five inches long and exactly twice as long as wide. Sit at a table with the six sheets, a pencil, and a pair of scissors. Follow the directions below. Fold carefully, and make a precise crease following each fold. Maintain the orientation of the sheet on the table as you fold.
Place a sheet on the table with the long edges running away from you. Write an "F" in the upper right corner. Then: Fold the bottom edge up to align with the top edge, making a horizontal crease.
Fold the left edge right to align with the right edge, making a vertical crease.
Fold the top edge down and right to align with the right edge, making a diagonal crease.
Cut in a straight line parallel to and about one-half inch away from the right edge.
Place a sheet on the table with the long edges running away from you. Write a "C" in the upper right corner. Then: Fold the bottom edge up to align with the top edge, making a horizontal crease.
Fold the left edge down and right to align with the bottom edge, making a diagonal crease.
Fold the right edge down and left to align with the bottom edge, making a diagonal crease.
Cut in a straight line parallel to and about one-half inch away from the bottom edge.
Place a sheet on the table with the long edges running away from you. Write an "E" in the upper right corner. Then: Fold the bottom edge up to align with the top edge, making a horizontal crease.
Fold the top edge down to align with the bottom edge, making a horizontal crease.
Fold the right edge down and left to align with the bottom edge, making a diagonal crease.
Cut in a straight line parallel to and about 1/2 inch away from the bottom edge.
Place a sheet on the table with the long edges running away from you. Write a "B" in the upper right corner. Then: Fold the bottom edge up to align with the top edge, making a horizontal crease. Then unfold, leaving a center line to work with.
Fold the bottom edge up and left to align with the bottom half of the left edge, making a diagonal crease.
Fold the left edge over to align with the right edge, making a vertical crease.
Fold the upper half of the right edge down and left to align with the center line, making a diagonal crease.
Fold the bottom half of the shape on top of the top half along the pre-creased center line.
Cut in a straight line parallel to and about 1/2 inch away from the bottom edge.
Place a sheet on the table with the long edges running away from you. Write a "D" in the upper right corner. Then: Fold the bottom edge up to align with the top edge, making a horizontal crease. Then unfold, leaving a center line to work with.
Fold the bottom edge up to align with the center line, making a horizontal crease.
Fold the top edge down to align with the center line, making a horizontal crease.
Fold the upper half of the left edge down and right to align with the center line, making a diagonal crease.
Fold the lower half of the right edge up and left to align with the center line, making a diagonal crease.
Fold the bottom half of the shape on top of the top half along the pre-creased center line.
Cut in a straight line parallel to and about 1/2 inch away from the bottom edge.
Place a sheet on the table with the long edges running away from you. Write an "A" in the upper right corner. Then: Fold the bottom edge up to align with the top edge, making a horizontal crease. Then unfold, leaving a center line to work with.
Fold the bottom edge up to align with the center line, making a horizontal crease.
Fold the bottom third of the right edge up and left to align with the center line, making a diagonal crease.
Fold the top edge down and right to align with the right edge, making a diagonal crease.
Fold the right edge down and left to align with the center line, making a diagonal crease.
Fold the bottom half of the shape on top of the top half along the pre-creased center line.
Cut in a straight line parallel to and about 1/2 inch away from the bottom edge.
Beginning at the posted coordinates, go 0.ABC minutes north and 0.DEF minutes east to locate the cache container. It contains a log book (that you'll need to sign to claim this cache)
