This cache is no longer a puzzle cache. The coordinates listed above are for the best place to park to begin your hike to a gold ammo can in the woods. The actual final cache coordinates are: N 40° 46.686 W 077° 58.707
This gold ammo can has been placed in honor of r.e.s.t.seekers' 1,000th cache milestone. Congratulations to the r.e.s.t.seekers for their many geocaching achievements including completing the PA DeLorme Challenge, the PA All Counties Challenge and now their 1,000th cache milestone!
The parking location is along a one-way section of Scotia Range Road in Pa State Game Land 176. For easiest access, take West Gatesburg Road to the one-way (north) entrance to Game Land 176 on Scotia Range Road and drive 1.1 miles to the firing range where you can turn around to take the one-way (south) section of Scotia Range Road back towards West Gatesburg Road. The parking is off to the right of the south bound road and is well removed from the firing range itself.
Because this cache is placed on PA State Game Lands be sure to wear orange during any hunting season.
