A different cache on the outskirts of Dorchester Park.
No scuba gear needed for this one....but if you were here in 2006 - you may have needed it. The water was alot.....I said, ALOT closer to the cache site. Now it's plenty far away. That's a cool looking old tree.....lots of nooks and crannies. HEY!! How'd that get up there? You're geosenses should be tingling on this one! It's woodsy, but not too woodsy. I made the terrain a 2.5 depending on which way you go in. One way is generally level, the other requires a 4 ft inclined walk. Big deal. The other way in is a longer hike from the shore slightly uphill. I placed this perched very carefully. If for some reason you cannot get it to stay, feel free to place in the same location but a different spot on that location. There are plenty of options. You'll see what I mean when you get there.....just please don't remove it from these coords. (Note: this was placed with an iPhone, with an accuracy of +-32 ft.)
I *love* this park, it's near where I work. In the summer, enjoy swimming, boating, hiking and more. In winter, enjoy cross country skiing and ice fishing. There is a popular crappy derby here on JANUARY 29, 2011. I recommend that you stay away from this on that day. Unless, of course, if you want the challenge of thousands and thousands of muggles that day.
I started this off with a couple of trade items and a tb. FTF "prize" is the glory of FTF. Thrilling, I know. P.S. You may want to bring a flashlight.
