The Post Office
& Residence were opened in 1886 and refurbished in 1996 to
include a mini-mart. It is now privately owned.

Colonial Bank was
built in 1866 and sold to the Union Bank in 1888, eventually closed
in 1942. It served as
the town's general store until 1989 and is now a private

Locharron - was
originally built in 1859 for the Union Bank of

The Wesleyan
Methodist Church opened in 1865, in 1962 it was converted to the
Uniting Church with a seating capacity of 300. Badly damaged in a recent fire it
