A cemetery puzzle cache
This is a puzzle cache. The cache is NOT at the listed coordinates.
To solve the puzzle you need to get the coordinates for the cache's location via the Amazing Wheel (AW). Remember Ralphie from "A Christmas Story" and his eagerly anticipated Little Orphan Annie Secret Decoder Pin? That much-valued premium was a code wheel, a tool that has been used in the spy industry for years. In its simplest form it consists of a wheel inside another wheel, both containing letters A-Z and numbers 1-0. By turning the wheels and realigning the numbers and letters you can come up with over 1000 possible code combinations.

The "Code" is the first letter of the name of the Cache Owner (outer) and the last number of the Cache Owner’s name (inner). Then, as Ralphie did, you must then decode the following: NQVL UWZM KIKPM1! 7W3 5QTT NQVL 2PQ1 KIKPM I2 VB0 9A.BEE 5HED BF.A9E.
This one of the early cemeteries in the Town of Veteran, Chemung County but is still active. It is well kept secondary to the efforts of some of the of the Town of Veteran residents. You do not need to enter the cemetery to find and retrieve the cache. When you visit here, please show respect to the people buried here. No nighttime caching, please.
