GZ will have you at a Little hut near the Cemetery.
Tarnagulla is located an easy 30 minute drive to the west of Bendigo on the Bendigo-St Arnaud Road.
Tarnagulla was originally called Sandy Creek, but was renamed to avoid confusion with a number of other towns of the same name.
Tarnagulla has been a major part of the gold history of Victoria and Australia.
Tarnagulla provides a glimpse into the past with it's authentic street scape, six buildings classed as having "State Significance" and a number of other buildings allowing Tarnagulla to retain much of the character of a bygone age.
The natural bush around Tarnagulla and nearby Waanyarra provide scope for walking, cycling and camping.
GZ is a sample of one of the oldest buildings in the area.
The cache is a small container with room for small swaps, log and pen.
