This magnetic 35mm film pot is located approximately 1m (3ft) above ground level a short walk from where a webcam used to monitor the two locks at the entrance of the marina.
UPDATE: dang! The web cam appears to be switched off.
Despite the web cam having gone, the cache is still there.

The cache is located about 68m (223ft) approximately SbW of the published co-ordinates.
Yep, it will take a bit of searching to find GZ but the additional hints should lead you safely to it.
