There are so many interesting places to visit in Kaapsehoop. I have chosen one with historical significance.
This building is in a state of disrepair, but in the late 1800's served as the administation and prison block for the English forces stationed there prior to the Boer War.
Once you have found the cache, take time to explore the building and imagine it in its former glory.
The cache is a 13cm x 10cm lock and lock. Contains a picture of the building in its original state, taken in the late 1800's. Try to work out the orientation and where the two British soldiers on horseback were standing.Please do not remove the photograph.
