Barness Park Multi-Cache

This yet another in a long line of parks that I had not previously visited, although I have driven past it many times, hearing it cry out for a cache.
The cache is two stages. The final is a 10 oz. food storage container with a prize for FTF and some trinkets for trading.
There is a lot of parking (get it?). Please replace as found, because the container is just barely hidden by the cover.
Experts like you don't need hints.
