The old cache was hauled away when the phone (AKA Phone From Car) was removed. This one is just a few feet from the old location. NO TOOLS ARE TO BE USED other than your Geo Sense. This could be a quick park and grab, then again it could be a quick park and not so quick grab.
PCF Bell is gone, and this one is just as easy or hard as the original, but different. Just use your geo-sense at GZ . The nearby stores are no longer operating so the muggle factor should be low. Be sure cache is replaced like you found it to keep it secure and dry. BYOP and no room for any swag.
