Do you remember the lines of cars parked along Clothier Springs Road? Every day of the week - they would be there as people drove from miles around to fill their water jugs with the fresh mountain spring water coming from the pipe year round. Before the cars, carriages would stop so the horses could get a refreshing drink as they made their way into Phoenixville. Times change - the ecology of the area changed and the springs no longer supply water, but the trough remains as a monument to the rich history of this area.
This is my first hide, in an area begging for a cache. It is pretty easy difficulty wise, but the terrain is a little tougher. You are searching for a flare tube that will hold small items. It is full of kid friendly items to start and an old arrowhead that was found many years ago in the area.
Please be sure to trade even or up if you take anything. Although there are a number of pencils in there - none has a point – bring your own pen. Please re-hide as well or better than you find it.
