Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions
in our disclaimer.
This is a special invitation to newcomers to the game / sport(s) / pastime activity called Geocaching, to join other Geocachers, the Oldies and those not so old (as long involved) at an event.
Venue: Trio's. Breakfast from 08h00 Discussions start at 09h00 End by 11h00
This is a chance to get together to meet other cachers and harness the available technology to make your geocaching a more enjoyable pastime. There are many new (and some not so new) geocachers out there who don’t know the tools and resources available to them. So, whether you are a geocacher with 1 or 1000+ cache finds to your name come along and share what the community has to offer. The old hands will be available to give individual customized tutoring if that is what you require. There should be someone available who will be able to help you solve your questions. There will potentially be group discussions and socializing.
The program for the morning will follow later.
Potential topics: types of caches, types of containers, how to hide and list a cache, database, statistics, forums, who's who in the zoo, etc
