Near Major Support Traditional Cache

This site is along side the motorway on the south bound site. In the late 1990's on the north bound side of the motorway a lorry with gas cylinders broke down and stopped on the emergency lane. Then another lorry crashed in to the back of the gas cylinder lorry and they started firing off in to the fields, some landed on the football pitches but no one was playing! Also look out for the Chinook Helicopters heading between RAF Odiham and RAF Benson. The nearest pub is the Portsmouth Arms (about 1/2 a mile) which is left at the roundabout and up the hill on the right. If you go straight ahead at the roundabout there is a ASDA superstore about 1 mile on your right. The nearest petrol station is about 1 1/2 miles away - go straight ahead at the roundabout and continue to the next big roundabout and then take the second exit and you will find a Shell garage.
