Geocache Description:

This Cach is hidden in an excellent rural area/estate. This estate backs onto a railway line, which can be "legaly" accessed by the footpath underneath.

The Terrain is 100% flat, so no worries for you and your family. This would be a perfect walk for the dogs. Their are other cache's nearby in the area, and along this track you could possibly find in the excess of 20 more cache's.
