This cache is located in a flood path. For your own safety If there is water in the area please do NOT attempt to get the cache.
You are looking for a black taped preform tube. Should be really easy to find. Please use stealth and replace as found or better. There is parking close to the cache, Just use caution pulling in and out and watch for mud after it rains so you don't get stuck.
