This would be a great cache to do back to back with 'Last Post' another one of my ever-growing waterfront caches. This cache is situated near a private hospital called Capri which specializes in drug and alcohol rehabilitation. This is a simple offset cache so should not result in needing their services.
Hope you will have fun doing this cache.
