This cache was placed to replace a previous cache called Henry The Tuatara which was archived in 2010. This location is on the back side of the museum and looks directly in Henry the Tuatara's home.
From this location, you can see quite clearly into the rear of the Tuatara display and habitat at the old Southland Museum and the cache is hidden in the Sub-Antartic gardens which are part of Queens Park. The old Southland Museum buildings that still house the Tuatara colonies have been closed for a few years now due to earthquake stability but from the rear of the buildings, you can still visit Henry, the worlds oldest first-time dad who fathered his first off spring in 2009 at the age of 111. The cache is a 500ml round container coloured camo and black and shouldn't be visible from any distance. The easiest access to the cache is via the gravel pathway and the boardwalk that is on the East side of the Museum and from there, keep following the paths. Please be aware that muggles can appear from anywhere at any time so please use discretion when tracking this cache down. It has been muggled a number of times now so we have moved it from its original location with the hope that it will last longer. Also, PLEASE ensure you hide the cache completely again and make sure it isn't visible. Enjoy.
