IPS means "In Plain Sight"
Aug. 2015: In the spirit of IPS caches, I went and checked out Google Street View. You can see it.
I thought that our beautiful Courthouse needed a cache with a great view. Ample parking is available in all directions. This cache is night and winter friendly. BYOP
The container type is somewhat uncommon for this area. Please return it "neatly".
What is an IPS cache? One where the container is "hidden" right out in the open for all to see. "In Plain Sight!" You must be able to see it while STANDING at least 50 feet away.
