Puzzler Mystery Cache

I drive by this area almost daily and have finally decided to place a cache here. This is my first hide so please feel free to comment if difficulty or terrain should be adjusted. The posted co-ords will take you to the 1st of 2 stages. Once at posted co-ords, you will need to write down ALL of the numbers you see in front of you. Write them down in the EXACT order in which they appear. In order to get the co-ords for the 2nd and final stage you will need to do some basic math. If given N 28' 40.abc and W 081' 20.def, you will be completing the math to solve for a, b, c, d, e, and f. In order to solve complete the following steps:
1) Use the 9th number for "a."
2) Add the 11th number and the 21st number. Subtract the 7th number from result. Use final number for "b."
3) Subtract the 3rd number from the 8th number. Now divide that number by the 23rd number. Use result for "c."
4) Multiple the 5th number by the 17th number. Add that number to the 6th number. Use result for "d."
5) Add the 15th number to the 22nd number. That will give you "x." Subtract the 1st number from the 25th number. That will give you "y." Now divide "x" by "y". Use result for "e."
6) Add the 7th number to the 19th number. Use result for "f."
Once all math is completed, proceed to final coordinates where you will be searching for a camo'd bison tube. Please be careful with camo and notify me if camo is in need of repair.
