Should be an easy park and grab. No need to venture into the yard as these neighbors haven't taken residence near the rest of the houses. The cache is in front of my house so you won't be disturbing anyone as long as you don't venture into the neighbors' yards as well.
It's a fairly small cache with enough room for a logbook and maybe some small trade items. BYOP. Though this is a neighborhood road there is a little traffic so make sure to keep an eye on any kids or pets you bring along. This is probably more of a day time cache being a residential neighborhood. Don't mind any barking coming from the house. congrats to hahahehehoho FTF!! :-D
