Geocache Description:

This 2-part multi is located at the (WBNERR) Waquoit Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve. Park at trailhead 41 34.883 - 070 31.452 it is a short hike on trail and then accross the grounds of the property. Hours are approx. 10 am to 4 pm Mon. - Fri. and open Sat. in July and August. If the gate is closed you will have to try another time.

Waquoit Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve is a living laboratory and regional resource at one of the Northeast's most studied estuaries.Waquoit is a representative example of shallow bays throughout the Northeastern U.S. so research here improves the understanding of these areas and promotes stewardship of the coast throughout the region. Please take the time to explore the visitors center and some exhibits and learn more about WBNERR and the history of Waquoit Bay. Special Thanks to the volunteers from the Habilitation Assistance members who inspired this cache!
