Geocache Description:

This cache was placed to celebrate the annual Frog-on-a-log/Phil-Fro Christmas Party. It is not at the above location but is nearby, within 200 m.

To find the cache, you will need to answer the following questions about common Christmas Carols.  For each question, count the number of letters in the answer, then solve for the final location.  Good Luck, and Ho Ho Ho!
