Geocache Description:

This is the fourth cache of our Milnsbridge Circular Walk (MCW) series, which is a good way to explore Milnsbridge and discover its industrial past.

This cache is close to the site where, in 1902, John W Leitch became the first manufacturer in Britain to produce TNT explosives.

You're looking for a small tube type cache.

The Milnsbridge Circular walk can be completed in about 45 minutes and is ideal for families and dog walkers. A guide to the walk along with the history of the area can be found on the following web page: (visit link)

Once you've found the cache and signed the log, proceed along the canal path for the next cache in the series, #5 The Wharf Pond
