Geocache Description:

A straightforward little multi-cache with a round trip of about 1.5 miles on level terrain.

NB - Stages 1-3 are cache containers of different sizes, the final container being large enough for log book and small swaps, TBs and coins.

Published co-ords are for parking area/Starting Point.

One day Captain Pugwash was whetting his whistle at the local hostelry. He merrily returned to find his ship “The Black Pig” had been stolen by the evil Cut-Throat Jake.

You are on a mission to find Cut-Throat Jake and investigate the whereabouts of the ship.

Park at the published co-ordinates where you will find an information board “Kinver Parish Map”. Study the map to get the co-ords for Stage 1:-

Northings:
A - The road you are on is the A45?
BC - Number of David Bills, Chemist, plus 6

Westings:
DE - ?? High Street where you will find Just Petals
F - Kinver Edge Iron Age Fort = Leaflet No ?

Stage 1. “Captain Pugwash” The Captain is still a little groggy but when you find him he will give you the co-ordinates for Stage 2 “Cut-Throat Jake”.

Stage 2. “Cut-Throat Jake” - has abandoned “The Black Pig” due to mutiny on board, however, if you interrogate him he will give you a clue on which direction to head to find the ship.

Final Stage. “The Black Pig” The aim of your mission is to find the abandoned ship – congratulations seafarers.
