Geocache Description:

Park Place is a traditional cache. A short hike is required to get there. It is recommended that you park to the south of the cache. BYOP





Rich Uncle Pennybags decided to plant a few custom-built geocache properties in Frisco. He placed them all around town, and no two are the same. He built Baltic Avenue, St Charles Place, Tennessee Avenue, Atlantic Avenue, Marvin Gardens, Short Line Railroad, Park Place and Boardwalk.

Most properties are relatively easy to buy, but being a real estate mogul, he made it a bit more difficult to acquire Boardwalk. All other properties must be found, rent must be paid, and market intelligence must be gathered to buy Boardwalk. Don't forget to find the rent for each property!
