Is there an Echo out here? Hah! My second cache, similar to the first. I was checking Google Earth and saw there was no cache out this way, which is perfect for me since it's close to my home.
This is a pretty busy intersection, so please be careful. I'd recommend parking on Echo Hill Rd rather than on C Ave. Also, please be careful when closing the container; do not tighten the lid too much or the gasket will pop out.
Should be a quick P&G for most. Good luck.
